Overall I give this a hotel 4 stars. Only because of the hotels systems. Overall we need a room quick for the night and they front desk was so helpful. They tried giving us a room with a pull-out couch for my kids. Since they had no double beds left. Got to the room. (Which was newly renovated clean and nice.) there was no couch. They apologize for the system error. I was not upset just greatful for the room when we needed repairs on our rv. They are renovating so parts are loud buy we had not problems. Since they stop working by 5
Rooms were nice; 2 queen beds, fridge AND a microwave and friendly staff. I only gave 4 stars because I didn't get to check out their fitness equipment.
Don't be put off by the exterior renovations, inside is newly renovated. Staff is friendly and the room and fitness center were great!
Great last minute availability. Surprisingly clean and modern room with a comfortable king. There was a fight or something at 3 am, but that’s not the motel’s fault. Restaurant attached.
Very closed to the airport and shuttle service. The room is spacious, comfortable beds, very clean, newly renovated. Highly recommended. Service is excellent!
Definitely better than it was. Fully renovated. Little bit out of the main drag of pubs and restaurants but big bear round the corner is great food. Front desk would have been more convenient if you could understand their language.

This was a great place to stay. Super soft sheets and very comfy pillows. It was a joy to sleep here. Very clean and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to get in and out. My toddler also loved staying here and happily screamed “hotel room!” Every time she saw the hotel. This room might’ve been one of her top 3 favorite parts of Whitehorse.
We were here about two years ago, and I was pleasantly surprised at the rooms and the restaurant. I was honestly not expecting much but we wanted to go somewhere for food other than the Tim Hortons because we've been there and the Mcdonalds for breakfast and lunch several days in a row. I really liked the food and we ended up actually going several times for lunch and dinner! My dad was also impressed) As far as the rooms go, I feel like I have reasonably high base standards (my dad and my husband would disagree, but we also stayed at several hotels during our cross country journey that I didn't like very much and one that I just straight out refused to stay at, so... yeah- make of that what you will, but I won't stay just anywhere and I won't like just anywhere. That being said, we stayed here for four days and I really liked it. The rooms were quiet and spacious; they were clean, and the bathrooms had good water pressure. What more can you ask for?
